I’m only doing new ones and I’m also changing the power tubes to EH-el34, the stock JJs are really harsh to my ears,

The new Mullard EL34 are softer in the top if you want that. I like both depending on the amp. But one man's "softer top" is another man's "dull" so YMMV and all that.

Awesome dude. Can't speak for everyone but personally I understand. I'm sure you were flooded were these after posting the clip. Between that and getting a company off the ground, yeah I am sure you are quite the busy guy.
