Made this random clip for another thread but figured this audience would be more interested...

LTD EC-1000 with Lollar Imperials into my Unholy Grail, then Boss Waza TAE as a line input to Ableton, with Two Notes Friedman V30 IR & Eminence's Karnivore IR.

Sounds bad ass; the amp and playing.

Sounds Killer!!!! Great playing!!!! I am in line for one!!!! Already put my deposit down a few weeks ago. I have The Skeleton Key REV2C and it is definitely one of my top amps!!!!

Here's a quick (iPhone) clip I made after I picked up my Les Paul with the new Seymour Duncan Custom set. Nothing fancy just wanted to share. Amp is a beast.

Nice. How do you like your Fryette cab and driftwood cab?

I have two fryette cabs, the one in the clip is an older Deliverance cab with the "Fatbottom" config with Fanes, I thought for many years it was a fatbottom cab but someone corrected me and when I did some digging I found out it was a odd early configuration of the cab before what it is now. The other is a newer traditional fatbottom is Fanes and the two are completely different.

The driftwood is an interesting cabinet, It has a combination of speakers in it. I use it for a particular sound, the Unholy sounds good with it as well but its not massive sounding. I have several other cabinets in the room there but the fryette deliverance is my go to for most of my playing.

I wish the distributed more driftwood cabinets in the US!

Fuck me that sounds brutal.
I'm sticking with the Skeleton Key, but if I ever wanted to trade out I wouldn't hesitate to go for an Unholy Grail.

Yeah, I was going to buy one pre tariff craziness then it happened and I changed my mind lol.

I have the Skeleton Key REV2C, which as you know destroys it and I am in line for an Unholy Grail!!!

I received an Unholy Grail from this recent run and yeah, one of my my favorite amps now. The gain channel sound so good and easy to play. The saturation and sustain from it is my favorite. The clean channel is surprisingly good. All the clips sound awesome!

Ive had this amp for almost a year and it is absolutely one of my favorite amps of all time. I havent touched any of my other amps since buying this and a Ground Zero Hellion

Funny you say that. The Unholy is a top 3 for me, but the other amps I've been picking up are the GZ modded Sniper+ and SLO haha!

Just found one of these local to me and decided to pick it up since the SK is my number one. Only got to play it for a bit but so far I'm a fan.

It's core circuit seems a modified version of the low input from the skeleton key, way clearer low end when playing with medium gain but otherwise I think I can tweak enough to get similar to the SK though with less body and more balanced across the frequency spectrum. All the switches that carried over sound similar, though maybe tweaked a bit to better suit this new circuit.

The Unholy Grail voicing is way different than the SK, but sounds sick. I'm not good at describing this kind of thing but maybe juicier or greasier than the SK? Either way its an awesome high gain tone and the voicing is unique enough from the SK to warrant its own amp.
I have a SK REV2C and have a pre-order for the Unholy Grail. Thanks for the comparison. Cannot wait to check it out. The SK is a killer amp!!!
