not too often do you see someone take an age old technique like downpicking (think James Hetfield, Scott Ian, etc) and totally reverse it into UpPicking(TM) - kudos to him.

I know we're all guitar players here, but since I've been in the DMV I met this girl. She's definitely one of the most talented people I've ever met in my life. She took down her older videos where she sings, plays piano, a hi-hat, and djembe all at once. She also doesn't have any for her EP she put out, that's actually produced.

and her with a looper, in one take.

She's a far better drummer on a real kit, but this was her college apartment so....

And to make her more talented...she drew all the pictures on the wall as well. I'm still jealous of her.

Rick Graham and Josh Smith. Two completely different worlds but damn. Rick can do literally anything, technique is amazing and I don't understand how he's not a household name. I'm in love with Josh's phrasing, he just plays the right stuff all the time and has great tone.
