multi effects rack unit for under 200$

Hi guys!

Any option on a multi effects rack unit for more or less 200$ ? would the lexicon mx200 be a good option? seems to be good..

more than anything is for delay and reverb.. maybe a touch of chorus/flange.

Can't have better tones and routing openness as on this unit at that price. No competition with anything, unless going higher.
