MXR GT-OD. This one has been modified with a toggle switch to go from GT-OD to the Zakk Wylde overdrive. The up position is GT-OD. IIRC, both the middle and bottom positions are ZW. I no longer own an amp so I can't give this a proper test before I ship. That being said, if the pedal arrives DOA or with any significant problems I will promptly refund the buyers money.
