I was at Strait today and they said EJ has a '69 metal panel he's getting rid of. I'm not a metal panel fan, but if anyone is interested and can act professional they should call them.

Was that the Strait South store? I ran into Eric there a while back hauling some stuff in there to do a session. Nice guy for sure.

Send it to Cameron and get holes drilled in it and a pound of blob glued to it's insides.

I got something from Cameron that I'm using with my 100% stock 1967 plexi. Amp has NO mods. Can be used at any volume. I happen to be using it at bedroom volumes.

Damn that sounds good. Whatever you got from Cameron, I want one!

Nope. That's a bone stock 1967 Plexi and I'm sitting in front of the cabinets with it cranked. I'm not using an attenuator either. Just something Mark made for me, but asked that I not disclose it. Sounds amazing and my amp is unharmed, untouched and not modded.

Congrats! I also have a '69 Super Lead from EJ, but I bought it thru a shop in Austin.

I am shocked at how much I like it with [GASP] a V30 cab.

Must've been Austin Vintage Guitar. They seem to always have one ofEric Johnsons amp for sale. Probably because the head tech there is Eric's amp tech on tour.
