Hey Redplated, I have a Ceriatone 2204 without a headshell do you think the Sourmash cab would fit? I wouldn't think Nik would have some odd chassis but who knows? I'm sending it to get modded but I want to geta headshell while I wait for him to get moved and settled in.

Yes it should. They come without the mounting holes drilled. So you can position any way you like and them set the holes where you want them. All you’d need to worry about is the opening in crime being wide enough, which I’m pretty sure it would be. He can custom make them to your dimensions as well. But I think you’ll be good with an off the shelf version.

I’m liking the newer head shell. Some of my buddies have said they like the old worn look better. But I’m not convinced ha.

It even does EVH pretty well. I don’t know anyone else’s songs note for note, I’m not trying for accuracy here. But the tone is great.

Guitar is Charvel custom shop 1H with a JB8. Just got this one from Art (232cap). Such a good guitar.

Gain is set fairly low. Around 10 o’clock.
