I bought this amp over 2 & 1/2 months ago and waited to really feel the amp out before I posted anything on it. I had a Deliverance 60 and thought it was OK but sold it pretty fast because I just didn't bond with it. I bought 120 and from the 1st time I played through it I was blown away. I've never been a fan of 1 channel amps but this thing can go from a beautiful chimey cleans to plexi-ish to full on rage with the volume knob on the guitar. I've never owned an amp that is so touch sensitive. It sounds incredible with my Les Paul's, Tele, Charvel, and what blow's me away is how good my Strat sounds through it. I was running through my Marshall BX 4-12 with England Greenbacks and it sounded great but every one on different forums said they sound best through a Deliverance cab and Guitar Center had one on clearance so I picked one up and yes it sound a lot better but I think running both cabs together is the perfect mix. I sent it down to Fryette and had Steve/Dave do the loop mod to it and now I can run delay and reverb so I'm in heaven. The loop is totally transparent!! If you own one of these amps and you've been on the fence about doing the loop, do it you wont be sorry!! I will say that the SLO-100 is and probably always will be my all time favorite amp but I haven't been this happy with an amp since I bought my 1st SLO and this one is was over half the price of the SLO. A good friend of mine bought a D60 and we A/B'd the 2 and while the 60 sounded great I saw the disappointment in his face when he played the 1st chord on the 120 (which just made my day
) The next day he took the 60 back and he now has a 120 also. Ive owned several VHT's over the years and never really liked any of them enough to keep one but this amp is a winner!! It's funny with all the high $ amp's Ive owned over the years I've wound up here
