Got a great deal on a Peavey Supreme head at a pawn shop today. It's probably damn near like new once I clean it and Deoxit the crackly pots. Sounds killer, one of the best SS amps ever made for the cost of a pedal.

Yes, Ive seen several like it, made in same era as XXX. It is a different beast from the Supreme 160, but both have their advantages. This sounds very close to the XXX. I've had both and this would fool a lot of people if they just heard it next to the XXX.

Pedalboard is the mess next to the Cabinet. Lol. I plan to get a new laptop in the next few months to dedicate to recording. I will definitely get proper clips then. Maybe a phone clip after I clean this beast up in the next few days.

This was just an hour south of Twin cities in MN. I almost never buy anything unless I get a good deal as I really don't need anything but when you can get a nice add to the collection at pre COVID pricing, a man has to take action.

Definitely rad, those amps sound very good even if they look like they belong on a DV public service commercial for a women's shelter
