Thoughts on CAA OD-100SE Plus ?

It's been a long time since I have owned that amp. I always felt those amps needed pedals to reach the level of sustain I prefer which is why I ended up liking the Cameron stuff more.

I ended up getting the SE+ changed to PT100 specs and bought and sold the CAA PT100 2x and still no matter what, could not bond with the amp.

It was really both feel and tone that didn't work for me

To each his own but not for me.

On the other hand, I love my (4) Suhr heads. I have (2) versions of the SE100, an SL68 and the new PT100SE.

The OD100 prices have dropped so may not be the worst idea to try them out for yourself.

Definitely different strokes for different folks, I love my CAA PT100. I regretted selling my first one and recently bought another one. I haven't had a chance to play the OD100SE+ though.
