Would people describe the MTL as also being a "mix of Hiwatt and Marshall"?

They have the punch of the hiwatt and roar of Marshall and more .

I don't know but I love those tubes in my Twin, especially the 803s. NOS is probably better but it's a great tube for a working amp.

I like them as well, I tend to prefer JJ’s in Marshall style circuits.
Another tube I like quite a bit are the older RFT ECC83’s.
