We need more info on the amp, I'm definitely eye sighting this one!

I hear it's 3 channels, any other specs available?

Very cool though....

Sounds absolutely wicked. Just wish I could afford a Friedman.

I chatted with Bill a few times about this amp the past few months. If i remember correctly, it's based off the Smallbox Plexi clean, BE Channel and JBE channel.

Cab is huge and has 2x15" and 2x12"

about time someone recognizes how awesome 15"s are for guitar.

wondering how this compares to my JJ that i love so much......

That would be awesome if it took the three best parts of three different amps and put them together into one. :)

Is the JBE channel the same as the JJ? This clip of Bill playing through the JJ sounds great!

Yes, the JBE channel is the higher gain channel on the JJ. It has clean, BE and JBE. Billy is ripping it up in that video.

I haven't hit the 30 day "honeymoon" period with mine, but after a week and a half I haven't found anything it doesn't do well. It was one of those experiences of "plug in, turn up and instant wow".

Pair it with a motor city pickup (which the amp was designed with) and you will be even more amazed...

Does sound pretty brutal. But I bet much of that is because of the cab with 2-15's in it.

I have three full warhead stacks. I can attest to the awesomeness of the 15". I also have six Randall 125 cabs, but they have one 15 and two 12s so they are kinda weird because of the ohm rating of three 16 ohm speakers...but they crush with my solid state amps.

I would hate to haul those new Friedman cabs around, but the huge wall/back line would be bad-fucking-ass! Still think the ISP vector 15 is a better idea tho.

So...

I was on lunch at work in the office when I popped Facebook up on my phone and came across that clip of Fluff get'n down on that amp. And as soon as he started ripping away, we got ROCKED with an earthquake here in Alaska.

I was a bit confused and disoriented for a second until I looked up at the walls swaying back and forth around me... No way this building is gunna hold up.

I ripped my headphones out and BOLTED out the door into an open parking lot. Car alarms are going off for miles around, every animal in Anchorage is screaming on the top of its lungs and - oh, shit... I'm waaay too close to these damn power lines that look like they're trying to play jump rope. I backed away, trying to keep my balance and distance between my office building and the power lines, trying to look out for whichever gives out first as I stand there in a T-shirt, below freezing and not at all noticing the weather.

I swear I was waiting for the ground to open up around me.

Coincidence?

I think not...

Great sounding amp, Dave. But Geezus, tone 'er down a bit.

And the ground did open up in some places.

Dammit, Fluff!!

79.4 miles... Crazy, that was a deep earthquake....., those 15" speakers rock

I bet if they plug into a full stack, the big one on the Cascadia subduction zone is going to let loose :scared:
