Probably a copy of the CCV. Possibly call it the SoCal or something like it.

Love the knobs. All of them. No seriously. Good looking amp. Fucking gas!

Really? I'd heard the SoCal name but I'll be surprised if it isn't another variation on the BE design like the other Friedman 100w amps (well and the BE50dlx).

Dave, for the love of god please don't tell me that. I'll end up selling blood and body organs to save up for it.....

Same. This would be the best. I'd absolutely get one when the SW card is clear.

Looks like a BE with a mv for hbe mode and the effects loop volume moved up front for system volume.

What’s the surprise? It’s the 100 BE Deluxe. Dave’s got way too much class to make a CCV copy.

Ooh. Yah you probably right, I remember that being mentioned in a video, maybe Andertons.

LOL!

BE-100 Deluxe here is the feature set..

Well has the Smallbox plexi channel with its own eq and bright switch. BE and HBE Chanels with separate gains and masters shared eq, structure switch ( to lower dirty Chanels gain amount). Also a voice switch to tailor the top end response of the amp, overall system volume and thump with frequency selection switch, presence and a 3 position response switch( variable negative feedback ). On back we have loop, sat, c45, dirty fat and a clean fat switches... Think that’s all..

WOW!!

That actually sounds pretty awesome. Plexi and more modern-ish in one amp.

I'll ask Rig-Talk. This amp sounds glorious, I've personally always wanted a plexi and an Ultra Modern Flamethrower in a single amp.

I've never played a BE-100 and all I have is YouTube. I know the BE can do metal but it never seemed ultra modern, firebreather shit flames type of thing. Am I wrong? Please say yes.

Edit: how saturated does that SAT switch get?

Butterslax does brutal better than the Uberschall I once had, I understand that the be-dlx is pretty close

I need to play a BE. Guess I havent seen the right video but everyone I'm talking to is saying the same.

What Uber did you have? The Rev 2, TJ or something like the Tapp Marzian is what I'm talking about.

Had a Twin Jet and my buddy has a Rev Blue. Great amps must prefer the Friedman for feel and the high end. Never played a Tapp, but has anyone really

Thanks for responding. :)

I think psychodave has Cameron amp syndrome. He thinks every amp ever made is a copy of a Cameron amp.

I do have Cameron amp syndrome. I’ve played just about every amp out there and nothing comes close to the sound and feel of Cameron amps. They might not be for everyone, but we’re lucky to have lots of different amp choices.

You have psychodave syndrome. It’s nice to see how easily I trigger you. :hys: :hys:

I eagerly await your homophobic response.
