So what is your favorite fender strat? Just wondering.. :-)
 
I appreciate all of the support I have gotten in terms of rescuing him. He was abandoned at a vets office with a broken leg from "falling out of a truck"

needless to say hes an awesome dog hasnt cost me TOO much money at the vets office haha. puppies!!

its hard to pick of a favorite strat but its likely a 57 model. namely soft v maple neck guitars. three single coils. or a clapton haha. which is a lot like a 57. I really like John Mayers signature strats too. more of a 60s model, but still awesome!

do you have a favorite?
 
Well, my lately favorite is the 62 reissue we have at work. I love the body on it.. I don't like the frets though and the neck radius. I like Charvel type San Dimas type compound radius necks and frets. That said, I do like a lot of the newer stuff with the same type necks as the San Dimas, or close to those and with Medium Jumbo frets, etc,. :-)

Im uploading some pictures right now. Im going to be selling some of the guitars Ive had for a while that dont get played. Ive been getting rid of gear to work on the house I just moved into. Kinda wish I had rented!

My only amp here at home is an EC Tremolux. I had this 57 strat reissue but traded it to a friend here for a couple other guitars. My favorite guitar is my eric clapton. Thats at my moms house though, shes bringing it down this weekend. I have a Larrivee OM03E-DLX thats pictured with my old tele too.

I lived out in Chandler/Mesa AZ for a year and there was a huge BMX track out there.
I used to race when I was a kid in the early 80's but it was just a local track. Had a Chrome Diamondback. Loved that bike.
Parents still out in AZ. Not me. Too damn hot. :lol: :LOL:

Isnt that where the national BMX headquarters is located?

My Parents moved to Surprise AZ. I helped them move from Michigan to AZ back in 2004. It was 124 degrees. :cry:
Dry heat or not....it was terrible. :lol: :LOL:

Niles MI. nobody knows about that town when I mention it here though haha
 
Welcome to rig talk. Lots of AZ folks here. I use to ride an Elf Double Cross back in the 90s.
