Maybe it's time to get Iron Maiden Strat #2? Hopefully it'll be something other than Basswood. I enjoy Basswood, but if I'm gonna have a strat, I'd much rather it be Alder or Ash.

Hehe, you can get other Strats with singles if you want. I think this guitar has a VERY targeted market

Yeah, it's just fender makes a strat for everything, they have saturated the market.

I WANT. Badly. Although I dunno why they didnt do a "typical" sunburst strat with hotrails, or a white strat with hotrails, as thats what most younger fans of maiden would recall?

But GODDAMN do I want one of those. Would make me learn a few maiden tunes for sure!
