Next amp/Preamp purchase is proving more difficult. Here's the short list.

I just sold my 6505+. Two weeks ago I sold my Classic 50. So I'm trying to decide what I want next. Top of the list is the 50 watt Stealth. Definitely more than I want to spend, but I could swing it. I briefly played one at GC and it definitely got the juices flowing. Yeah, I just sold my 6505+ that sounded awesome, but I was thinking a slightly more versatile take on that tone with the bonus of being smaller, newer, legit clean channel and 50 watts makes sense. Still, I'd have to find a good deal on one.

Victory VX the Kraken 50 watt head is also temping. Some clips sound killer, and some are okay.

Kraken preamp pedal. I actually have one in my cart and would have pulled the trigger except I was in bed and had to go downstairs to get my debit card. So I'm holding off for the moment. I could use this straight into my 60 watt power amp or do the 4 cable thing and use it with my VTM60. I would use the VTM into the low gain input and have that be my Clean tone. This one is temping. Watching Raf's clip where he switches between it and the Stealth made it a top contender.

Last option is the Invective MH. Just started watching some clips of that and it sounds pretty killer. Do I really need more than 20 watts? I have a drum kit in my amp room and my Orange BH Terror at 15 watts (through two 4x12's) was plenty loud.

No.

But you'll probably like the Stealth better and I bet it sounds great.

If you like the preamp pedal tone better go for that since you already have an amp to run it with. Probably cheaper than the stealth and you still have the power pushing it.
