Thanks.. It's trans white, the top almost has a mother of pearl look to it.

How does Chris sound live with his Axe Fx rig? Just curious because I haven't seen them live

I saw the big 4 back in July, megadeth had one of the best sounds on the day, articulate and chunky rhythm tones, only bummer was that they didn't play tornado of souls...next time i guess

The guitar didn't disappoint. I feel like a got a great deal on it considering it is a custom shop with stainless frets, mahogany archtop body and a Floyd pro. The back plate was signed by Chris when he was in Reno last month for the guitar clinic.
The neck has a slightly fatter feel than my old SL2H but didn't take long to get used to.
I'm really liking the Floyd pro more than the original style.. It seems like when ever I sweep pick with the standard floyd my palm always bumps the tuner and knocks the e string flat.. The floyd pro is more low profile and I don't com close to touching them when I sweep pic.
When these finally hit production next year I may pick up one the the 7's
 
I hate you... oh... and CONGRATS! :lol: :LOL:

I love that guitar and really want one of the 7 strings... unfortunately I'm trying to downsize... too many guitars...

Looks great! I like the fact it have a thicker neck and 12'' fretboard. Id really like to try the 7.
 
Congrats, looks awesome..like the headstock on that one. What is the second toggle switch for...coil splitter?

Congrats! I recently purchased the same guitar in the same color. :)

Overall, I'm quite happy with it. Out of curiosity, have you noticed anything "off" with yours? The input jack on mine died almost immediately!

Check the comments and you'll see me talking to another guy that purchased one, a 7-string, and his had some issues, too.
