What can I say, it's a 10lb 13oz riff monster. The solid maple body, ebony board and maple neck make it feel like a tank, but in a great way.

I've wanted one for years and finally just said fuck it. Prices have gone crazy, but I got a very fair deal. Was gonna pounce on a LTD Desert Eagle, but this popped up. So glad it did.

This guitar is the opposite of what I typically go for....chunky necked, alder body super strats. This has a thinner neck and a fatter and slightly bigger body than a typical strat.

The bridge pickup is the Hunter...pretty much sounds like the midpoint between a Duncan Custom and Distortion. It's great for the Dokken era Lynch vibe.

The notes just ring amazingly well and fly off the fretboard and it's got a big, chunky sound plugged in, with plenty of upper mids...which I love.

It's also the first guitar I've had with a Floyd in 20 years, works great and very well set up, but TBH the Gotoh 1996t is just as good (maybe better) IMO.

Yep a 10.8 solid maple super strat, with 1 3/4 in neck with one knob is sometimes, just what's needed.

If all else fails, you play Hockey with the Headstock .
 


I have the import models. Can't compare to ESP Japan quality tho.
Congrats, maybe someday for me. I honestly don't play much trying to scratch out a living which is sad.
I wanted one so bad in da 80's if you would tell me i could have one if i cut off my rt arm you'd be looking at a one arm man.

Man...those are killer. If I posted a photo of me, you'd be looking at a one arm man lol. Seriously though, the ltds flat out make sense, probably at least 80 to 90% the guitar. That purple tiger kicks ass as well.

Thanks man. Haji is killer...but agreed, tough at 5k. Big selling point for me with Kami...other than drooling for over a quarter century, was the maple body.
