How does the butterslax compare to the BE100? I know it has more gain, but in terms of voicing on the gain channels?

They are definitely voiced differently. Butterslax is hard to describe. It's much has the potential for much higher gain but it's not necessarily more compressed, if that makes sense. Channel 1 is pretty incredible. Very versatile amp.

Yeah Channel 1 is super versatile.

I like the tones ive heard from the butterslax and the jerry cantrell jj, not sure which one i will get but i think im gonna sell my evh stealth 5153 and get one.

i personally like the regular butterslax headshell the best but i can see why some like the one posted above better, either way its a badass amp.

I had the JJ at the same time as the Butterslax. As soon as I played the Butterslax I immediately sold the JJ. It's tame in comparison.

Here's a quick iPhone video of the amp. You'll hear how channel 1 is pretty clean with neck volume rolled back. Gets a little gritty when volume is rolled up and classic rock in bridge position. All on same channel. I hit channel 2 and 3 a bit as well.
