AC/DC in 86´Fly on the wall tour. The sound was big and crunchy, and an energy I have never seen before.

#2 would be Maiden Somewhere in Time at the Richfield Coliseum. To this day the absolute best sounding show I've seen. Just killer!!

I was at that Somewhere in Time show. I gave my future wife tickets to that concert for her birthday. She still reminds me of that (as she really didn't like my music)...My son still wears the concert T-shirt. Great show. Can't remember who opened; fastway?

They got booed something fierce....Vinnie got hit in the head with a large beer cup in the middle of his gtr solo.....singer stood on his gtr cable while Vinnie took off to the edge of the stage...pulled the cable out of the gtr....it was pretty funny really.donbarzini":uztwu5m6 said:absolutely horrible, usually at a concert a guitarist will throw a few picks, I think I brought home a couple dozen that night.
Isn't one of the guys from Cleveland? Drummer maybe?MisterBulbous":1ri8g9id said:Yeah....that's what I meant to say. I remember being impressed by Paul Chapman's solo (I think it was Paul Chapman). I have to admit I don't remember Pete falling off the stage. I don't know if you remember, but I recall seeing Fastway about six times in the span of a year and a half. Seemed like they were always in Cleveland.

It was about halfway thru and Pete was at the front edge of the stage, then he was gone. Bass was laying on the stage feeding back abit....looked like a good fall.
