I would love to get a hold of a Cameron CCV but I cant wait a year . Those amps sound incredible!

More like 2 years, if you even get it at all.

I have just bought another XTC and I have an opportunity to trade a guitar for a Diezel Herbert. I have not head the Herbert before but the review here and a lot of reading I have done makes me want one. I play rock/hard rock/metal but I like nice cleans. I like the XTC but I hate how the red channel is so over compressed. I am/was going to have it modded but I'd like opinions on the Herbert. Thanks in advance!!
Having owned the 101b and the XTC classic, I can say that the Classic has a much better clean and the Red channel is more open. That being said, If you can find an old Egnater Mica TOL100 (Pre Rocktron), I have to say has the best cleans of any channel switcher that I owned, and it is right up there with the Bogner as far as tone is concerned

Diezel VH4
Diezel Einstein
Diezel Schmidt
Diezel Herbert

All will get you there and then some.
