Bagged this 10 pointer over the Thanksgiving weekend, near Medina, TX. Good times!

Good catch!

Hope it makes a good meal !

Had the tender loins last night for dinner. Dropped the quarters off to be processed and looking forward to the sausage!

deer meat, cooked onions, seasoned and cooked carrots, mmmmmmmm :D

Nice animal! I am going soon and will be hunting near Medina as well.

There is a ton of movement there. Not sure where you'll be hunting, but I'd be willing to bet that you'll come home with something for the freezer. ;)

Nice buck!

My friend is dropping off several pounds of jerky soon and had some loin on the grill as well.

how long does it take you to skin/drain/cut up a buck?

i know a friend who had his house built and garage installed with water hose attachments and drains in his concrete floor just for this purpose

sorta on topic-

i'm shooting a new deer hunting tv series called buck commanders

i'll post up some photo highlights on this thread as soon as i download some pics from the last trip

From the time I got him on the rack to the time I was done putiing all the meat in individule bags was about an hour or so. My father-in-law came have it completely done in around 30 minuites.

Nice. I grabbed an 8 point last weekend. The bacon wrapped fillets are calling me. :)
