Pearcy quits Ratt.... wtf again?

Was actually listening to Ratt tonite after jamming with my drummer. :yes:
But the Billy Squire CD was sounding pretty damn good to me. :rock:
Love to dust off the old CD's and rock them out. ;)

I always liked his tribute song for Freddie, "I Have Watched You Fly". Cool one to check out.
 
I have been a "Ratt and Roll" fan since the start, sure Pearcy was the weakest link but his 'tude and voice sorta went with the Ratt sound. I saw them in '97 in Tuscon and Pearcey was croaking back then.
Trouble is his 'voice' fits all the classics and a better singer wouldn't sound the same if you know what I mean.
Giving opinions isn't just slagging old rockers off. If you still want to record and tour more power to you. Ratt have been in a rut for some time, maybe time to call it quits..

Pearcy came here with his version of Ratt, there was like 70 people in a 600 cap bar, he purposely delayed the start of his set by over an hour and all he did was complain onstage all night about the turnout and his monitors. It was sad. I was filling in on drums for the opening band and I was just going to play and leave, I was offered free beer which increased my need to witness the trainwreck. He didn't disappoint at all. His band was decent though.
 
You should know by now , this is what happens at the scene of the crime !
Five musicians , 30 years money, drugs , women and you're in trouble total lack of communication !
Then all that happens is it goes round n round !!
Remember what you give is what you get ,
So give it all !!
This is dangerous but worth the risk !!
It all falls apart you become a wanted man then you come back for more this time they say it's closer to my heart .
Into the studio they lay it down then comes the morning after !!!
It hits them right between the eyes !!
I'm insane !!!
So the moral is when Ever Ratt is heading in your direction go check them out it might be the last time you can !!!
 
The last thing I heard about these guys is that they were playing nudist colonies...or was that Quiet Riot?
