Does this look somewhat right in order? Guitar to Tuner to all the drives and boosts, to the noisegate, then to all the delays and reverb, wah, shifter, thru 4cm in FX loop?

I was just going off of what Grok AI said, put noise gate after boosts/Distortions. I can swap the Arris, and the gate. Nothing is set down yet. Yes, its a big Hodge podge of pedals, always wanted a crazy pedalboard.

So you have the sensing section of the gate that goes either first or after your tuner. Then the gating portion would go after everything else except for time based.

If you have an effects loop, i would put the gating portion there

If you dont have an effects loop, you still have gate before the merry christmas boost and that isnt a great idea. With all the distortion pedals and boosts in the line, you are probably going to have a ton of noise anyway unless they are true bypass

It looks like it will legitimately change your tone, and not in a good way. You need a pedal switcher. Even then I would pick the pedals you are gonna use all the time, and shelve the rest.

If you want to use all that I recommend two pedal switchers, with them and the pedals in rack drawers with a midi footswitch out front to control it all. That way you can keep the leads from the board to the amp short. Spend the money on one really good low capacitance cable to run from guitar to board, after that the switcher's buffer can take over.

Also let me say as a dude who has built some large boards it's really nice pressing one button on a controller, and having all the right pedals and amp channels selected for the exact sound you want at the time. It's even nicer to not have an awesome sounding guitar/amp combo get neutered by having all that shit in between them, and retaining dynamics.

I was kind of thinking a lot of this. I understand wanting a huge pedalboard, but when i get to use a bigger room, i just plug straight in because the feel is insane with no pedals.

But even my board is as few as I can use to do what I want.

I would do the tuner first, then the auto wah. Envelope filters love to feel the guitar and respond better up front. Then fuzz, distortion, overdrive and boost. If you can key the gate off the input, that is the best way to go, but if not, put the gate after the dirt section. I like phaser after the dirt, and heard good results with it in the loop, but that is personal preference. Phaser before the dirt, between dirt and the amp, or in the loop are all valid. The pitch shifter also depends on how you use it. If you pitch bend like a whammy or octave pedal, it's better up front, but if you use it to harmonize, it's better after any gain. If you're using an effects loop on an amp, the gate, phaser (optional), pitch shifter, chorus, delay, and reverb all go in the loop in roughly that order.

My two suggestions are buffers and a better gate. It's always better to rock all true bypass pedals and have a dedicated signal buffer than to rely on buffered pedals. Stacking buffers can create mud, and shitty buffers are shitty. I would put a dedicated signal buffer after your auto wah (and fuzz sometimes, depending on what fuzz and how it's used), since those pedals react best to your guitar. Then you can run as many dirt pedals as you want and not worry about signal degradation. For bonus points, if you find a buffer with a thru, you can use that to key your gate in the loop, which is my second suggestion: get a better gate. If you get a gate with a key input (that doesn't tone suck), you can key your guitar input and gate in the loop after the preamp section. This is the best way to do it.

Otherwise have fun. There are no rules, just results. Do what sounds good to you.

I would put the delay and reverb in the loop ...

wouldn't hurt to keep one of the OD's in front of the autowah .... that particular circuit can sound really good with one in front ... but for the most part after is better .

The Notaklon should have the famous Klon buffer in it .... so you have a buffer there ... the Boss pedals will be buffered .... all those pedals of mine that you have are true bypass .... I'm not sure on the others

you need a looper / switcher ..... then you'll be sitting NICE ! like a Boss ES-5 or ES-8 ..... then you can go 4 cable method ... turn stuff on and off .... change the order of the pedals and even run them parallel ... with the push of one button

thank you for your feedback! Like a Zuul+ pedal?

Definitely looking at some loopers/switchers for sure! thank you.

I use a Zuul like that, but I didn't get along with it until I set it up like that. I key off my buffer and put it first in the loop and it works great.

The Zuul is far from the only option there though.

Im just a 50 yr old dude who loves to jam out at home man, dont play out at all.
You age, sex and avocation are not answers to the question I asked not are relevant or even germane to the subject. Let’s try again. Yes or no?

Yes, I absolutely use every last pedal you see for different reasons. Definitely not all at once, although its usually 3-4 together at once.

If you’re playing at home and not gigging just hook up the pedal you’re using. Daisy chaining all those boxed together is a recipe for noise. Not tone. You’ve got 5 overdrives…

Actually 7 overdrives/fuzz, and two boosts to be exact. I'll make it work, one way or the other brother.
