I don't care what his reasons were. If I was in that situation and had the means, I would have had it done too, even if it was purely for cosmetic reasons. I know I've busted his balls a bit (ok, a lot) in this thread, but seriously, good for him.
Looks like for him, things are looking up....................or at least, more to the right (sorry, couldn't resist).

I have medical stuff that makes me feel odd when I am out and about as well, so for him to feel a bit more normal is definitely very cool.

To add onto my previous statement with a bit of a personal note; I was complaining about my medical stuff to myself in the bathroom whilst looking in the mirror. My 4 y/o daughter overheard me and came in.
"Daddy, I love your marks - if they were gone, you wouldn't look like you."

I like Pete's music content but it seems his Twitter posting harbors alot of hate and angst not well known on the music forums.........
I'm happy that he got his eye fixed, a good friend of mine has the same affliction with one of his eyes, he had surgery and it helped him as well.
