Dunlop Ultex 1.0's Used to use heavier (Gator Grip 2.0 etc) but don't like them for quick rhythms. The Ultex only suck when dropped, they are hard to see on the floor!

Which type? I see they make a few different kinds. Do they last longer than a dunlop, say? They seem to be quite a bit more pricey.

I toyed with the Ultex Jazz IIIs but I find the attack a little dull and feel that they have a little too much drag on the strings, especially the wounds. I have a couple of red ones too but the tone difference seems negligible between the red and black, maybe the black is a little more defined?

That is the most neglected part of my playing. FINGERPICKING!!! Just need to put the pick down for about a month and give my fingers a good workout.
