Did you have it in the loop and plug into the amp direct or do you have a board that you use as well? Tuner....etc......

Update......found one up here at another retailer and snagged it. No cab yet so I'll have to wait but still....glad I found one. Was going to wait it out as I posted previously but once I heard and tried it, I had to get one. Wow! Great little amp! Thankfully was able to return the Mesa...although it was a nice amp as well. I don't have a cab right now but I have my ISO cab which is currently unloaded. I figure I'll put a Heritage 30 in there since it matches the 2x12 I have on order and I'll be all set. At least I can play through that for now.

Yes, I had it in the loop. Sounded awesome. I hope it translates well on tv. It never really does on those shows. We'll see

I DVR'ed the show and just watched the performance now. Sounded pretty good! What guitar were you playing? Some type of Carvin hollowbody? I've got a Carvin CT3 with a finish just like it. Nice rig you had there.....and gig too btw.

I fowarded my MF confirmation email to zzounds.com, who actually had a black EVH 5150 III MINI IN STOCK (and still do btw, for anyone who is looking for one)...where they proceeded to price match and beat their deal, making it a total price of $775.99 for the head and I'll actually be getting the head NOW instead of waiting God knows how long, if I would have waited on MF to get some in.

Yeah, I checked their website yesterday and it showed that they had "limited quanities" (2 in stock actually). Called them yesterday to get the ball rolling and completed the order this morning! I'm pretty excited! They should still have one more in stock if it hasn't sold yet.

Thanks Bro!!! Just like I thought. Sounded like a tin can and really low in the mix. The guitar was blaring on stage and in the house, but by the time it got to tv it was another story.
The guitar I was using was my Carvin SH575. All Koa. It's my favorite guitar and is perfect for that gig. I also have a CT6. I love it and use it all the time. Its a real workhorse.
