Went over to ratter's to try out his new Bogner Duende. Very cool amp. More of a rock blues amp. Very smooth. Liked even more with a Barber Direct Drive infront. Played his Edwards Les Paul to. Very light weight. Nice guitar. His Suhr Pro Series... what can I say it's a Suhr. About as perfect as a guitar could be.

Mike and I then went into Pittsburgh(Swissvale Music) didn't have a lot of time but I tired a Rivera Quiana combo. Beautiful cleans but the gain tone was kinda dull. Mike was playing through the new Bogner Alchemist. The cleans sounds really good. Didn't hear much else because I moved over to the Marshalls. They had a Vintage Modern halfstack. I had to play through it just to make sure it's as good as I remembered the VM. I used a beautiful trans blue Anderson Drop Top. Muther #$%*er do I regret selling mine and will be buying another one. I still cannot for the life of me figure out why the VM gets such a bad rap. That amp is awesome to my ears. Anyways pretty cool day.

Hey Mike hows that Fulltone pedal sounding??

I wish I knew. It's still in the box and I've been playing Dora games since I got back.

Your VM vids/clips were some of the best I've seen  We all have to make mistakes to learn from them ya know ;)

Sounds like a full day of auditioning new gear.

I've been to Swissvale before. If I remember correctly the owner's name is Kevin McDonald. I tried an SLO through an Uberkab.

Yeah I would have bought that VM and gave him my business but they can be had at prety good prices used right now.

I think Gary and Ray, the two older dudes, run it and/or own it...
