I have a Shur modern that was Pleked at the factury with 10s. Since getting it, I have changed to 9s. Would I have to get this guitar re-Pleked?

I've heard many times that once you change gauges & re-set up your guitar, the original Pleking is not good any more.

The pleking is a fret level. You may have to adjust the truss rod since you may have too much relief after changing to 9s.
