I love watching golf on TV. I'm a +2 handicap. I've shot 61 3 times.

I don't drink alcohol, which in the UK is like walking round with no head, people here find it so hard to believe that i don't want to be drunk all the time :)

I have OCD. I check lights, Taps, Doors, Cooking appliances are off by touching the switch 7 times. I have no idea why, it's a real drain on my time. I only tend to do it when leaving the house and going to sleep, but i spend about an hour out of my day checking stuff. The same applies when writing emails or txt messages. I will have read this numerous times before posting to check for errors and very often I still miss them lol. The worst part is I'm starting to wash my hands too often to the point of getting cracked skin, affecting my playing.

Anybody else got OCD? Cool thread by the way :-)

Im OCD too. It can be a real pain...... Can't have just one hockey stick, it has to be 2 or 4 (not 3). Same with guitars....... 2 Les Pauls, or 4, not 3 or 5......DVDs grouped by type......Once I start something (changing pickups, computer/software issue....) I have to finish it or I can't sleep. New tool box has to be full of tools but not over filled. Chopper has to be clean, and if anything has to be measured, it has to be exact. Nothing is close enough. SUCKS A$$!!!!!!!

I fight it every day.

i build high rise buildings and love it

ummm awkward never post here much my old friend in Atlanta know. I did 3 films with Bang Bros back in early 2000, i was 18 at the time, lil fucked up but oh well, And in case you didn't know, doesn't pay well for a male made like 300 bucks per shot. Even though some of the girls looked fine they didn't smell that fine lol, sometimes there was odor in the air. The moneys probably better by now. At the end of the day I don't regret it I just hope my kids never find out.
Winner

Here is something that I don't share with anyone -- I am a great guitarist, but for some reason I need a lot of warmup to solo with any kind of ease. Weird, right?

I can see this being a very strange thing for the general UK populous to digest at the social level.

I used to suffer from it back in the day... I had to check my car alarm 8 times, the doors 6 times, the oven (which never got used, barely) 6 times, pockets, keys, bags, everything...I also had to fastidiously clean my home - like, to the point it was damn near sterile. If one thing was out of place, it would force me to want to re-do the whole place. All these tendencies went bye-bye when I stopped drinking/drugging. And for the record, I wasn't OCD when I was pissed or high, but always before and after...if that makes any sense. Not sure if it's the sobriety that's stopped me from being OCD, or if it's the life lessons I've learned which have kept me clean and sober. Bottom line now though? I simply do not sweat the small shit...

By court order, I am not allowed within 100 meters of any senior citizens. An unfortunate incident from years ago. What I am going to do when I get old ? :dunno:

I have written various articles in the vein of "what is your man really thinking?" for women's magazines since I was 19.
Under pseudonyms, of course :D .......between 6-10 a year. Pays well.

Some where around the age of 30,I developed an almost crippling case of AcroPhobia( Fear of Heights) that still persists to this day. The strange thing is that before that, It was quite the opposite as I used to crave high places. Ive skydived, hung from water towers with one hand 200ft up in the air, sat on the edge of buildings 20+ stories up. Nowadays, the very thought of it is enough to send me into panic mode and its pretty disconcerting.

I was an All American Lacrosse player in High School That got me Scholarship offers from every major University and college that were Lacrosse powerhouses.

Ive been working on a Novel/Screenplay for a bunch of years. Ive never published anything( I was the lead researcher in college for a study that got published in a major medical Journal) but have wanted to since I was a kid.

lady gaga is a guilty pleasure. there, i said it.

OK, I went to see Lady Gaga at the Pepsi Center in Denver. My wife got the tickets (expensive tickets) and I was seriously saying, "I appreciate the thought, but was this the best you could do?"

Actually, I Iiked it, great performer, very talented and a good show. I was surprised, Gaga has skills!

nice to see this thread revived!

let's keep posting things no one would ever know.

Here's another one for you guys

I'm flying over to Europe on friday to meet a Polish girl I met in Madrid 7 years ago. The story goes a bit like this:

in 2005 I was in a 3 year relationship while I was studying in Madrid for a year, but the relationship ended 3 weeks before I finished my program and was supposed to go back to Dominican Republic. I was devastated and stayed home all the time when 3 days before leaving my roommate had enough of it and told me that I had to get my ass out of the house for the last couple of nights in Europe. I agreed without really feeling like it, and we met at night in plaza Sol (Madrid main plaza).

While I was waiting for my friend, these two girls (a blonde and a brunette) were kind of running away from this semi drunk guy that was trying to sell weed to them, and for no apparent reason I cut in and said hi pretending I was their friend so the drunkard would go away, and he did. They both were so relieved and thank me. We started talking and ended up going to a few bars together and hitting it off, they told me they were Polish and were in Madrid for 1 month only on Spanish exchangee course. Next night we went out again and had some drinks, I was leaving the country the next day so I couldn't meet them again, but I exchanged emails with the blonde girl. We emailed back and forth and chatted like one every two months or so for a little bit on Msn Messenger and later on on Facebook.

I met another girl and got into a relationship that lasted 5 and a half years, I went back to Spain (Barcelona this time) and ended up living there for 3 more years while I talked to the polish girl (the blonde) liek 2 or 3 times a year (we didn't really "TALKED" more like commented on each other's pictures. She always invited my to poland, but I had a girl and I never went.

Fast forward to July last year, my long time girlfriend and I broke up and coincidentally (Really) the polish girl and I got to talking again on FB, this time a bit more ofter, and things got so heated that we're basically in a pre-relationship. I'm flying to Poland this friday to meet her again after 7 years, and it seems like I'm on my way to getting me a polish girlfriend. :)

seems a bit hollywood-esque but it's the way things have gone down. I guess sometimes destiny has something for you. Cause I went out that night in madrid without really wanting and what are the odds. :)

I don't eat grains. I am on a primal diet

I used to fly on average 90+ times a year for work while putting in 55+ hours a week with being on call for the weekend on average every 2-3 weeks. I completely burned out, and am still recovering 4 years later.
