My crude set up and what is my favorite guitar to look at. I just wish I could find a goddamn pickup that sounds as good as the one in my cheap Fernandes

LMAO at your username 😃😄😁😆🥹😅😂🤣. Classic!
I just started playing a game where you name your character and felt compelled to use it, so even though nobody actually says the name, every time he speaks, it comes on the screen and I chuckle..🙂

These two get the most rotation. On the right is my 2013 Historic Makeovers R9. Brazilian board and all the upgrades. Jescar 57110 frets. Pretty much every GZ amp out there was voiced with it. Has a Tone Nerd Roxy in the bridge.

The other one is a 2023 Murphy Lab Brazilian limited run R9. Stupid good guitar and plays and feels almost identical to my 52’/57’ conversion. The fretboard is almost black. Also has a Roxy in the bridge. I’ve been using it a lot lately and is giving the HM a serious run for #1.

I bought it new
About 12 years ago, I pulled the original pickguard off and bagged it, then installed a set of Lace Sensors, TBX Tone Control, and the Clapton boost circuit...

Richie Kotzen signed the back of the headstock when I met him in 2017
