I think that's a very cool amp. I've avoided the AFD buzz as, again, I'm just not 'there' with siggy model anything, but this amp's got some smart stuff to it. I think the reverb will make or break this amp - if it's a shit 'verb, the amp will flop. I think the attenuator is a smart move too, I just hope it's engineered smart and doesn't show up as an epic FAIL in 2 years after use.

I'd be interested to know what it sounds like. Is it just a straight up EL34 based Marshall head but the extra's make it a YJM amp?? Or is it voiced differently, has unique tapers, etc?

Interesting. And FWIW, I didn't hear a lisp... (cruel word when you think about it, people who have one can't even thay it). He's bloody British mate!! Bollocks to you ponces

I think the afd vids sound much better than the yjm ones especially those few where he plays both back to back. The features on the yjm are sweet though.
