This sounds like any mexican song. My girlfriend played a Reggay song yesterday, the same as every other reggay song. Ya mon. Nothing new anymore it seems. Not even better.

All the great bands of yesterday wouldn't have a chance today because they were different. Everything today is the same, the same lame shit rehashed over and fucking over.

Slayer, no way, Frank Zappa? YES? They would be Between The Buried and Me, totally great band but obscure because they're different. So much great new music, but you can't hear it, if you don't know it, or can find it.

I get your point, but I think it’s the same as it’s ever been. There’s always a million bands trying to copy what’s popular and it gets watered down, saturated and all sounds the same. We have to search out the good (and different) music in every era and chances are those bands will never be big.

Ya know, with all the bullshit threads going on these days I probably shouldn't have tried to be cute/clever with the title. I just like Marty's playing...but the song is OK too. I can't understand most vocals anyway so what language they sing doesn't matter much to me.
