He must have drank the water. If Maynard had Pike’s work ethic, the front row would’ve been hosed with projectile vomit and burning diarrhea.
Imagine that lawsuit!

Are they that bad? Couple songs I liked, but I have no extensive knowledge. I am a simple man, AJFA all day everydayTool sucks. Yuck.
Tool sucks. Yuck.
They are not Pantera or Chuck Schuldiner's Death so yes, they suck. Are they that bad? Couple songs I liked, but I have no extensive knowledge. I am a simple man, AJFA all day everyday![]()
Checks out in my booksThey are not Pantera or Chuck Schuldiner's Death so yes, they suck.
Are you guys kidding me?
This is an epic example of a great Tool song.
People like what they like. I like Tool but this whole thing reeks of rich old white dudes. Tool getting sued by tools.
And who the fuck wants to go to the Dominican Republic? Why there? I bet if they had this in Amsterdam less people would be pissed. But “you made me go to the Dominican Republic for this?!?!”
When I think of the band I think of Danny Carey first by a long shot. IMO he is the heart of that band. Then Jones then Chancellor. Maynard is way back in the shadows where he belongs. He is a tool.

I mean the answer is hiding in plain sight: just listen to their music when fully cookedI go back every few years and listen to all their albums and see if I’m missing something, I do like the first album but after that they are just kind of eh. Their songs to me always feel like they are gonna evolve into something epic.. but then the epic part never really comes and the songs just kind of drone on and get boring. Their fan base is a unique one for sure though lol
If this means that one day I can sue Lars and Kirk for severe emotional duress due to so many missed and botched notes, then I’m all for it
