Funny you should say this. A year or so ago I emailed Monster TWICE about capacitance per measure, and they ignored both emails. Emailed them a few months later asking if I could order a cable online direct from them and they responded within 24 hours.

I've done the same. :lol: :LOL: A lot of "high end" manufacturers are like that. Bose, Evidence, Bowers & Wilkins, etc. They make it a total PITA to get any sort of tech specs and expect you to take the claim that it's better at face value.
