Here is a very quick vid shot with an iPhone of the rig we just built for Pink's Justin Derrico.
This is Justin's B-Rig that will be going out on tour with Pink.

His A rig is exactly the same except all gear is in one huge case.
The B-Rig is necessary for certain fly gigs.

Justin is a great player and a really nice guy.

Sounds and looks damn good!! And yes, Justin is a great player and very nice guy!! Well done

I'm very interested in this as I see extensive use of the GCX, and I'm pondering racking all my stomps - cost is about the same as it is to lay 'em all out on a TT board with dual power supplies and blah blah blah... I need to watch the clip as to what the mini-gizmos are for. Nicely done - thanks for posted this Mark.

Mini Effect gizmo's are use for all the pedals in front of the amp. The top gcx 4 loops are used for stuff in the to shivas loop. Those are the univibe, Ce-2 chorus, Boss DD-20 delay and Roland SDE3000 delay. Gcx number 2 is used for just switching function. 3 for each amp and one for the palmer amp switcher.

Which Bogners are those? I know one's a Shiva, which seems to be a really popular amp for this sort of gig.

Top is a normal Shiva, bottom is 20th Anniversary Shiva.

Not much Boss stuff there...if I'm thinking of the right dude...

Yeah like the red.
Thanks for the explanation above. FWIW, I've been trying to stamp out a proper layout and plan with Rooster, but it's been 2 years in the making and I keep changing what I want where. Most importantly, I don't want anything in the chain when it's not needed. I've toyed with the idea of 2 x GCX and controlling it with my GCP. I've got about 16 to 20 stomps. Some for loops - serial and parallel, others for up front. I also use a S-Go-S splitter to meld to heads and cabs with one signal, and I like my loop effects to change between the amps on the fly.

We may need to chat.

Looks great ... as usual. See a BF2 ... a personal favorite.
..............................................................................
Mo .... I use two GCX with my GCP & System Mix Plus. Sometimes wish I had three. I have too many fuzz pedals....

Mark, any idea on what he used as an acoustic emulator for that Zeppelin cover he did with Pink, "Babe, I'm Gonna Leave You"?

Looks and sounds great! Nice work. Mo, I'm in the same boat as you with the pedals...back and forth for years between a rack setup and a board. Whatever I come up with seems so "final" and I'm always changing as a player and getting new stomps so I can't be done with it.

Mark or Dave, what head were we hearing at the end of that video? One or both? Sounded awesome!

I believe that was a Fishman Powerbridge (piezo system). I have one in my Les Paul and every soundman who hears it, tells me that it sounds better than any acoustic they've worked with.

Bump!

Mark or Dave, is that gain sound coming from one of the amps or a mix of both?

Only 1 amp can be on at a time with this setup...so just one amp :)

    - I believe you're thinking of Jimmy DeMarco - if you're referring to that goofball that demos BOSS effects.
