Randall RM 100 quit working

I have a question ...if you forgot and left Y jacks in series loop and nothing was plugged into them, and turned amp on would it fry it? ...because my Randall stopped working ...I switching things around in series loop ...might have also got sends and return backwards? ...first Grail stopped ...then I switched to Trilogy, it stopped ...then Blackface and it quit too

Those amps should have a fuse on the outside that is easy to replace. Are the tubes still lit up?
After that, my tech expertise is limted, lol
