I use an industrial engineer firm for a lot of projects on the campus I run, the owner told me a while back that 60% of their business is correcting ADA requirements that weren’t built into a property to begin with and 90% of the time it’s because an ambulance chaser walked a property with a tape measure and found a violation that hasn’t affected anyone, but isn’t by the book and they’re suing the property owner as a result.

this is how the city of detroit would shut down the "grey area" weed dispensaries that were popping up all over Detroit in the early 2010's.
"you're a medical marijuana dispensary? you're going to use the term medical? alright, high-on...you're a medical building...where is your handicap ramp? is this building perfectly up to ada code? they'd fine and shutter anyone they could under those guise.

In his most recent vid he mentioned that Guitar Center ordered way too many Stiletto heads and it was more than they could handle. They ended up clearancing them at wholesale prices because the inventory needed to move. Smith said that Mesa tried to convince them to order less, but GC insisted because they didn't order enough of the Rectifiers in the past. I don't remember GC doing this, but that's pretty interesting to know.
i thought he was referring to the badlander heads..

You're correct that he did say that in the previous episode, but he said he misspoke and that it was actually the Stiletto. Pretty sure it was the Duece model as there seems to be a lot of them around.
