Rebel 30 Question about running 8 & 16 ohm speakers together

I have a Rebel 30 112 combo into which I've installed an 8 ohm Scumback H75. I just bought an Egnater 112 extension cabinet and I plan to use it with the stock 16 ohm Elite-80 speaker. If I use this extension cabinet together with the combo, I figure the combined impedence load on the amp would be 5.33 ohms (the speakers are in parallel) . I assume it is safe to run the amp with this combination as long as I set the speaker switch to the 4 ohms, correct? Question 2: When using speakers with mismatched impedence, will the 16ohm speaker receive less power from the amp than the 8 ohm speaker?

Set amp to 4 ohms.

The 8 ohm speaker will receive twice the power as the 16 ohm speaker.
