Looking for suggestions on a 1x12 cab. I'd like something that's got some decent bass response. Looking for something very inexpensive, probably buy used. Wouldn't mind looking for something unloaded either. Feel free to spam me here too if you're looking to get rid of one.

I don't have it anymore either I wish I did but that vht 1x12 was great.

oh also if your looking for inexpensive check out the egnater rebel 1x12 might fit your needs.

I'm actually selling a 1x12 of mine

It's a Lopoline (pretty sure you've heard of em, they make some good clones of cabs, on par with Avatar) 1x12 with a WGS Green Beret Speaker for $180 shipped. Its pretty small and very portable, about 15'' wide in all white tolex with a silver grill

I like the mesa oversize close back recto cab, yank out the V30 and maybe use an 80 or an EV and you are good !

A closed back Blackheart BH1x12 with a speaker swap. :2thumbsup:

That's real cheap! I think I might try one out. I like the dimensions of it, my Hot Cat 30 would fit on top with a 1/2" overhang on each side. I could at least get by with the stock speaker til I can grab a better one to put in. Do they really sound good? I saw someone liked it better than their Bogner 1x12???

I have owned a Bogner Shiva 1x12 (not the smaller cube), a Blackheart 1x12 (with a new speaker), a Lopo Signature 1x12, an Avatar Vintage 1x12, and an Avatar Traditional "Wide" 1x12.

The Shiva cab was awesome but I highly recommend the Avatar Wide 1x12. It is oversized, yet still very portable. Rear loaded and has insane low end for a 1x12 cab. I plan on ordering a 2nd one in a week or so. Sounds awesome with my Blackstar and PRRI. The Avatar Vintage 1x12 was a little boomy and hollow sounding in comparison.

FWIW, at first I thought the Blackheart sounded really good. But that was with a Greenback Heritage speaker at really low volumes. Every other speaker I tried in there made the cab sound real small/boxy. It does sound good at bedroom volumes but really falls apart at louder volumes. The Avatar Wide cab holds up really well.

mojo musical has a loaded 1x12 for 2something on their deal of the day.

Emperor Cabs made me a kick ass 1x12!
Mine cost me just as much as an Avatar Contemporary 1x12..

how many watts?
doesn't really matter much, I'd be running a Hot cat 30 thru it at home mostly. I get a little loud sometimes, but not crazy wide open loud.

What speaker do you have in your Traditional wide 1x12?
