Recommend Me a Budget Super Strat

In that price range, best bet is to just play everything you can find and buy what has solid fretwork and holds tuning wirh trem use, IMHO.

These should have a German Floyd Rose that is worth more than 50% of the price. Great 80's super strat made by ESP.

The irony is I just sold one of these! Was the 1000 ESP made model, just couldn't get over the single pickup thing! These look great though, thanks!

Blows my mind nobody's jumped on this. I don't know another guitar out there that's more guitar for $400. Has everything you're after, (except for maple, but I'd take ebony any day ). Totally baffles me.. viewtopic.php?f=6&t=188333

Don't know if it's in your budget but I recently picked up a lefty MIJ Jackson DK2L. Has everything you specified and it's actually a really great guitar. It's a backup to my USA CS Soloist.
