Revv 120 mkii WOW

Just ordered a 120 as well, 5 months wait ouch!

Derek at Revv said these are designed around 4x6L6 so I figured that was a good place to start. I'll be matching this to a 4x12 with v30/h75 x pattern, also got a greenback cab to try. God so stoked, might have to pick up the G3 pedal to calm my nerves!

What tubes are you using? Mine came loaded with 6L6's and I'm thinking of trying El34's.

still the stock 6L6s

I already have v30s and k100s...maybe I'll try Creamback 75s

This recent clip I used my new dynamount Robot mic stand. It is AMAZING, so cool

Yeah the dynamount is amazing. I have the x1-r.

You might want to try some Fane F70 speakers mixed with the v30.

Just for reference, i re tubed mine with 6550 tubes, very clear gain, less saturated, tighter bass and a bit less mid focused.

Cleans are also very nice.

I really like the fact you can use two different types of power tubes at the same time. I kinda wanna try a 6L6/6CA7 combo

Sounds really good bro. It sounds big in the mix. I wonder what E-34L's (because they usually clean up the headroom) would do but the 6L6's sound big dark and mean.........really good job man
