I have shipped a handfull of tube amps and receivers so I know what to worry about with those. When it comes to solid state guitar heads is there a particular part or componant that should have a bit more protection during shipping?
Thanks!

If you've shipped tubes amps, you're already well prepared. Box it up the same way and you'll be fine. Less to worry about with a solid state amp, but you should still be careful and thorough.

Good luck with the sale. I'd be surprised if someone here doesn't buy it from you. We've got plenty of Dimebag fans, myself included, who would dig having an old RG at home.

Thank you for the response. As my old man would say I am putting the cart before the horse.

I figured packing a solid state amp requires about the same level of care as a tube amp.
The UPS Store might be the best option.
Thank you for the positive words.
