The forum owner fucks things up. Old members band together and are mean. Mods band together and are mean. Mods go crazy and mod their sections differently. Mods don't do anything sometimes and anarchy reigns. These things ruin the forum. The end.

If its not a modded marshall then it sucks, you must be a new guy around here with little gear knowledge if you arent playing a friedman,fortin, or holy grail cameron.

Yes, there is a LOT of talk on the forum about Friedman, Cameron, Fortin, etc., but the fact of the matter is these amps/builders are hot right now and, as such, represent TOPICAL discussion points.

I don't see members on here posting that people are 'noobs' or are moronic because they happen to play a stock Fender, Marshall or Boogie. Quite frankly, the majority of members here probably do play these brands, and that's cool. They are quality amps with great tones on tap.

At the end of the day, having a collection of amps and guitars is like having a palette of paints - you use what you want/need for the picture you're painting. One colour isn't "better" than another, they are just different.

You can't mod a Marshall back to original specs. It's unpossible.
