Thought it was a mix of blow, pills, and booze.

I believe the offical cause listed was "accidental Cocaine overdose" but how do you "accidentally" shove 247 Kilo's of Columbian flake up your sinuses ?
Sooner or later your heart just explodes.
Joe Walsh in his book writes how he & his girlfriend blew coke up their bungholes thru drinking straws because their nasal cavities were shot and they got higher that way.
Glen Frey had an artificial septum in his nose replaced like 3 times.
