All I am saying is that, from a lurker's point of view, I see you making negative comments about the AxeFx more so than any other piece of gear mentioned. Surely there are other pieces of gear that suck less, right?

All I've ever said in direct comment on MY experience with the Axe was I, ME, PERSONALLY, IMHO, YMMV, ITS JUST MY OPINION, didnt like the commonality of the feel of all the amp sims BUT I thought it was great unit for the right application and that it's FX were top notch. Now how in the hell that can that be "making negative comments about the AxeFx more so than any other piece of gear" is beyond me. Maybe you need to "lurk" a little harder and read to comprehend and not knee jerk react. Have you seen my posts about the Deizel amps I've had? The Bad Cats? The Suhr Riot pedal? The oh so coveted Cameron amps? If you had you would say what you just did.

I agree completely about him being unoriginal and often boring, but it seems he gets more flak than deserved on the internet (not only here). I can appreciate him in small doses, especially through videos, although I could probably sleep though an entire record. He's an excellent player, average writer, but still respectable.
