The M75 is where it's at to me, the rest of them sound a bit to "vintage" not in a bad way, just not the sound my ears prefer. The Scumnico *sp* sounds great for the clean/low gain stuff has a really pretty sound to it!

it's asking a bit much maybe, but I was thinking the perfect tool would be a kind of "online mixer" where all the different speaker tracks (played to click) could be mixed in pairs to get the idea of how the different models go together.

Damn good Idea~!

I liked the M75 but the j75 ldc grew on me after I watched the video a few times.

The Scumnico is great! Really surprised me! I think I liked it best in all the applications. The H75 65 watt was a close second...

This is no shit....I just came in from the man cave. Was trying out some different Scum combinations in one of my Mills 412's. Hopped on and saw Pete's test.

Great job Pete and thanks.

Inventory: 4-M75/65's, 4-J75/65's, 2-H75/65 LHDC's and 2-H55/65's

In my opinion, the M's are tough to beat. I think the H's get a little honky and the J's are getting on the fence and approaching the H. I am using my 20th XTC on all 3 channels. Next up is 2M's and 2J's.
