Single rec gain channel….

Not much gain and weak sounding. Which pre’s are responsible for the gain channel? Clean channel, loop, g2g…. I guess I could look it up…lol…. I prefer kicking it with the homies…. As always thanks

I've primarily been using JJ's in mine but you can also reach out to @just42dave as he has a nice stash of affordable NOS stuff. I got some Chinese square getters from him. Either of those two should be great for your doom metal. You could also pull some pres our of one of your other amps to test.

My Rectoverb (Single 50) needed no mods to FX, but I have a Series 2.

Series 1? = yes
