sleep is for Pussies



If there is a topic about sleep, then I will tell my story. I suffered from insomnia for several months. It had a very bad effect on me and my work. At first I just woke up at night but a week later I could not sleep at all. So I decided to fight it. On Canadian Pharmacy Online I read that you need to ventilate the room, do sports, go to bed and get up at the same time, don`t sit on the phone and watch TV before bed and take medication to improve sleep. I decided to try it all and it really helped me. The most helped were medication (I don`t remember their names but they can be found on this site) and sport. Now I have a very good sleep

I always fear and hate any form of sleep as it takes away from my precious eternal existential Technicolor Kodachrome sobriety.
