I would nominate @FiestaRed. I have purchased several items from him and his prices are always beyond fair, his communication is top notch and items are shipped out within 1 day of pmt. And he really has cool / hard to find items!!!

Long story short :
Sent $1,500 Paypal ff on October 6th for Chubtone Star for sale on rigtalk. I was told he would send tracking # following day.
No tracking #, so on October 9th he supposedy refunded me $1,500 thru PayPal. Now Paypal is saying that refund was blocked.
Needless to say I will fly out to see him in person...

As you can see we are a tight knit group so this doesn't happen that often (like once or twice since I've been here), but when it does - we all come together.

Gah, I hate to see it. But it's encouraging to know that the community is here to rally. Appreciate you sharing what it's like when things go south. That's pretty important too.

I'll make it a point to check / vouch with long-standing members first, and have a few references ready to share from TGP (if that's allowed).
